Bob doesn’t just talk about Problem Solving – he does it. He spent a lifetime solving problems on and under the sea, first as a salvage diver and salvage master, then as a fishing guide. In a business where you literally sink or swim by the way you solve problems, where your solution has to be right the first time, Bob learned to solve problems simply and effectively.

As a young man he spent several years as a Vietnam warrior and had plenty of opportunity to use and exhibit the character traits he developed on the way to becoming an Eagle Scout. 

He was heavily involved in the Behavioral Science department at Chapman University and knows people and how they think and work. He’s an expert at diagnosing and extinguishing problem behavior.
